Join in a National Day of Action on December 10th

Right now, Congress is taking on high stakes issues that could have devastating effects on working people and the economy. We have a responsibility to let them know that we will NOT stand for cuts in our Social Security benefits. We will NOT allow them to raise the retirement age for Social Security and Medicare. We will NOT allow them to carve deep cuts in Medicaid. We have worked too long and too hard to take steps backward! We need to send a strong message to Congress so they know that we will not allow them to impact working families to pay for outrageous tax breaks for the richest 2% of Americans.

Monday, December 10th, is International Human Rights Day.  All over the nation we will be joining with allies to speak out and send Congress a message:

• NO benefit cuts to Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid!
